چکیده
Under a changing climate, harvesting management and exploiting the genotypic divergence of Egyptian clover cultivars offers biologically viable solution to sustainably boost milk productivity dairy animals. Two multi-season field trials were executed under semi-arid conditions whereby first experiment aimed assess potential (Berseem Agaiti, Anmol SB-11) for nutritional quality attributes digestibility green forage hay, palatability buffaloes fed on hay. In second investigation, new promising line, SB-11, was tested seed production varying dates last regimes (10, 20 30 March along with 9 April 19 April) owing sharp hike in temperature. terms nutritive value SB-11 remained superior recording maximum crude protein (CP), ash, fat nitrogen-free extract except dry matter (DM) content that exhibited by cultivar. Additionally, unmatched giving minimum fiber (CF), while Berseem Agaiti yielded lesser producing 4% 2% higher CF than Anmol, respectively. Moreover, recorded CP DM. Furthermore, 6% 9% 8% 11% surpassed rest cutting exhibiting 7%, 23%, 50% 207% more yield 10 March, April, respectively, indicating quite pronounced effect clover. The research findings suggest as genotype bridging gap feed (forage hay) addressing challenge

Studying Varieties and Relationships of Yield and Quality Traits in Tall Wheatgrass (Agropyron elongatum) under Two Cutting Management Procedures
The objectives of this research were to study the varieties and relationships of yield and quality traits under two harvesting management procedures concerning forage dry matter (DM yield) and 5 quality traits such as Dry Matter Digestibility (DMD%), Water Soluble Carbohydrates (WSC%), Crude Protein (CP%), Acid Detergent Fibre (ADF%) and total ash in tall wheatgrass (Agropyron elongatum). In th...
متن کاملProductivity and Nutritive Value of Barley Green Fodder Yield in Hydroponic System
Barley grain was sprouted in a still hydroponic growing chamber for 6, 7 and 8 day periods and sampled for chemical analyses, protein fractions, in vitro digestion and metabolisable energy (ME) determination. Productivity measured on the basis of the input-output balance of barley grain and GF yield. Results showed that CP, Ash, EE, NDF, ADF and water soluble carbohydrate (WSC) were increased w...

15 صفحه اولImpact of Soybean Viruses on Yield and Seed Quality
Soybean viruses have become more problematic in recent years due to increased prevalence of insect vectors. The appearance of the soybean aphid (Aphis glycines) in 2000 and the increasing levels of bean leaf beetle (Cerotoma trifurcata) have played important roles in increasing the range and severity of specific soybean viruses. Yield can be reduced, as well as diminished seed quality due to mo...
